Not only did the staggers scratch our floors, which I showed to the woman moving the couch, but 100's of white packing balls were scattered everywhere in our front yard. We also decorated our bathrooms with new towels, purchased the day of staging our home, when Ambiance Design came for the furniture their crew took our new towels and bath mats. I even provided receipts of the purchase for $128, but Megha refused to pay... that after we paid about $3000 for her services? What, you think I would lie about four towels and provide a dated receipt. This is terrible service, never again!!

We are really sorry for the negative experience you have with our company. Our intention was not provide bad service. As I feel sorry for the experience you have received from our team, but at the same time I like to point out that we did try to address your issues.
- We did agree that our crew may have taken towels by mistakes as we use the same brand. We did offer reimbursement for towels at the same time we denied reimbursement for the floor mats (as we never use floor mats for staging and we checked our warehouse multiple times to confirm that we have not picked-up floor mats from your house). I tried calling you multiple times after this event to see if I can re-imburse but no response from you.
- About scratching floors - we were not informed by you when we were engaged on the projects and came to know when you left this review.
We still like to resolve this issue and let me know is there any way we can put this behind.
