- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commission is negotiable. There are no set prices, but I do have different packages from which a seller can choose. Buyers don't pay commission, so they are in the best possible position to hire a highly qualified representative.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is best to have a phone conversation so we can get to know each other a bit and I can understand what is most important to them. If the customer is a buyer, we will talk about where they'd like to buy, if they've met with a lender and set up a time to view homes. For seller clients, its best if the seller shows me their home and I can share my marketing plan with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My local Association of Realtors is always providing training courses to keep the agents up to speed on the latest change. Education is of the utmost importance to the success of each and every transaction!
