In being fair for all my clients, I have a standard fixed rate pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to listen to requests from customers so that I can help build the award-winning resume that they deserve. Ultimately, my goal is to have my clients get offered an interview.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the customer care field, having been a leader in the customer service industry. I have close relations with recruiters and HR people around the globe so I know exactly what recruiters look for in an applicant's resume and cover letter. Additionally, I have been a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) since 2012, so my top specialty is in the healthcare field. I have helped countless new graduate nurses and other health care professionals earn their first interview!
