I contacted Rooflow to change my roof. They came out did their estimate. They are insured and bonded which I want to make sure to check with all the companies I contacted to do the job. Their price is a little higher than the other companies we chose to go with them for the quality of their work.They are very professional on time.Their team clean after themselves no trash left. Their team is very professional respectful of our house. They took care of the permit, and all the necessary paperwork . Completed the job on time. I had a couple of areas I that needed corrections they took care of without no problem. They care about the project and work hard to meet and exceed our expectations. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work and the material they use.

I needed a small project roof repair, and I'm so grateful to have found this company. I called into their call center (on a Sunday) and I was promised someone would call me back. Within 30 minutes Amit (Project Manager) called me and scheduled a "free estimate" on the same day, with a drone to inspect over my roof. Amit was so professional that he took his time to fly the drone all over my roof and kept inspecting until he couldn't find any more to inspect, and answered all my concern questions. Amit, for you doing that extra work, I couldn't asked for more, but say "Thank You" again for your honesty and professionalism . Since my roof was missing a few roof tiles and a there was hole, Amit recognized it was an emergency repair, so he got two crew member came out the next day (Monday) to do the work. They started from 8am and was done by 11am, cleaned up everything afterward, but the saddest part was I wasn't able to personally say "Thank you" to those two wonderful gentlemen (crew member) as they left peacefully and did a well done job! About 1 hours later, Amit called me and said he would come to do a final inspection. He came (as promised) and showed me all the before and after images. Overall I am very grateful to have Amit as the Project Manager, and the two wonderful crew member. Thank you again Amit and the two crew member, you're the best! For sure I will call Rooflow Roof in the future again!
