Our pricing varies from project to project because every job is different. The cost depends on the size of the project, the materials required, the level of difficulty, and any specific conditions at the property. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees, and we always explain the scope of work so you understand exactly what you're paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new roofing customer is straightforward and professional. We begin with a quick phone consultation to understand the roof issue or project you have in mind. Next, we schedule an on-site inspection where we document the condition of the roof with photos and explain exactly what needs to be done. After the inspection, we provide a clear, itemized roofing estimate with materials, scope of work, and timeline. Once you approve the proposal, we schedule the job, keep you updated throughout the project, and finish with a full final inspection to ensure the roof is completed to the highest standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We extensive hands-on training in roofing, including shingle installations, flat roof systems, waterproofing, and repairs. In addition, I completed formal roofing coursework and code training required in California, and I work directly with licensed roofing contractors and inspectors on a daily basis. This combination of technical knowledge, field experience, and continuous training ensures that every project is completed to industry and building-code standards.
