Pricing depends on the scope and the number of devices. I offer a clear on-site diagnostic and then provide an upfront estimate before any work beyond that. Most Wi-Fi/mesh optimization and move-in setups are completed in 1–2 hours. No surprise fees and no upsells.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick call/text to understand the issue and goals. 2. On-site visit: assess the current setup and test Wi-Fi coverage. 3. Implement improvements (mesh/router placement & settings, device/printer setup, tidy cable management—surface only). 4. Final testing (speed/coverage) and a short walkthrough of what was changed.

15+ years in IT and systems/network troubleshooting. Experienced with home networking, Wi-Fi/mesh systems. I focus on practical, reliable solutions for homeowners.
