- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be extremely reasonable and always do above and beyond the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the hardest step is figuring out all the forms that need to be filed. If it is a more detailed return (rental/business) then we will spend as much time that is necessary to maximize deductions and return the best tax outcome for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I and registered and licensed federally as well as within the state of California (per state requirements).
