Cal Coast was awesome to work with. Tim and Rob were very organized, helped us pick out our windows, and they arrived quickly. Victor and his crew did EXPERT installation of the wood windows into our historic home. Highly recommend!!

Do yourself a favor - just hire these folks - don't over think it. I did a bit of research on which windows were the best and discovered installation is just as important (if not more) as the window selection. In fact shoddy installation can cause a multitude of issues down the road. We pulled the trigger based on Yelp reviews - so I would like to thank everyone previously who left reviews. The inspector who came out to sign off on the job told us they did a fantastic job. But we already knew that based on our experience. Marco and Santiago were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They do this for a living, this is their profession with years of experience and direct employees of Cal Coast. From the owner Rob to Sal (sales guy) to Kayla (front office) communication was open, honest and extremely responsive.

I highly recommend Cal Coast Window and Door to anyone needing door or window service. The company has access to top products and are able to provide you with options. But the most important thing to me was the quality of their work crew. The workmanship was top drawer. I had let my windows deteriorate after years of neglect, and was worried the damage could not be properly repaired. As it turned out, I had nothing to worry about. The work crew was precise with measurements; their cuts were clean; they were careful how they went about their work; cleaned up after themselves; and were polite and professional. They showed up on time and addressed all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. The end product is the ultimate goal, and I am extremely pleased with my new windows.

Awesome experience getting windows redone through Cal Coast. The guys are extremely professional. We did all the windows and patio doors in our house and went with new construction. They didn’t leave a mark behind. Highly satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone that needs their windows redone.

Rob and his installers at Cal Coast Window and Door are customer service and window extraordinaires. Our project had plenty to complain about, such as city permit issues due to out-of-the-blue changes to egress requirements, crazy out-of-level rough openings, and more. Regardless of the difficulty and strokes of bad luck, Rob and the installer, Victor, handled the situations with class and grace. Even after having to re-order two windows to meet the city's new replacement window requirements, the total project cost was still less than other quotes we had received. I highly recommend Cal Coast for your future window and door projects!
