We decided to hire Joe to replace our AC, heating and coil units altogether because of his knowledge, clear communication and thoroughness. This was a huge project for us, so we had tons of questions prior to the installation, on which brand to choose, pricing comparison etc. Joe is very knowledgable and he was very patient from the beginning, addressing all our questions and concerns to help us narrow down to what’s suitable for our needs. The communication was also easy and direct, not back and forth between multiple people. It helps streamline the whole communication process and provide clarity and peace of mind for us to work with him. We wanted to work with a vendor who will complete this installation project with confidence and not leaving us with any stress and issues down the line. Overall, this company was able to deliver and perform professionally what they had promised. We are happy and would gladly recommend his services with confidence in the future!

AWCH was able to give a very reasonable quote remotely by looking at photos of the heater and was able to schedule their staff to come replace the unit promptly. The workers were on time and respectful. I’ll know for sure if everything is working well Monday after the city re-lights the gas pilot, but for now I am quite pleased.

My parents heater stopped working. Since the system was less than 5 years old, I assumed it was the thermostat. Sent a message to Joseph and he had a guy there the same day to replace the thermostat. The repair guy said that it may not be it, but I was stubborn. The system worked for about 2 hours and then again shut off. Sent a message and asked him to send the guy again because I think something else is wrong. Once again, he sent someone the same day. He found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Everything runs perfectly now .. thank you
