Joe was great. He came out and helped us with a last minute Air Conditioning failure right during a heat wave. He interfaced with guests that were staying at my home (I was not present) and was gracious and professional. He fixed AND cleaned the units and got them up and running in a really great amount of time. He gave me info and tips about the AC unit for maintenance - which I really appreciated as well.

We decided to hire Joe to replace our AC, heating and coil units altogether because of his knowledge, clear communication and thoroughness. The communication was also easy and direct, not back and forth between multiple people. It helps streamline the whole communication process and provide clarity and peace of mind for us to work with him. We wanted to work with a vendor who will complete this installation project with confidence and not leaving us with any stress and issues down the line.
