All I ask that you schedule the required site visit within 72 hours to discuss the project. That way I can get a clear understanding your vision. There is a $50.00 (double back if hired) fee for this service. Once you accept the estimate<you are credited $100.00 and a start date is agreed to. You pick the time and date for the site visit and start date. You will then receive your detailed estimate within 24 hours of your visit. • EVERY project requires a site visit and meeting. I need to meet you face to face and see the proposed area where the building/project is to be done. • I do have a minimum of $500 for any projects labor.
