- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our general policy is to price by the project, but not for everything. For some things, like repairs or quick installations, we have an hourly rate or per diem rate (per day), depending on the scope of the project. We never charge for estimates or consolations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your Estimate is ALWAYS FREE. I pride myself on my knowledge and experience so, driving to you, anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area is a courtesy with no-hire obligation. I prefer communication through phone because I can get to know a customer I may have never met, ask questions and get detailed responses much easier, and always get a better understanding of your problem. This allows me to do everything I can to fix it. My personal email and mobile phone are always available and I will always get back to you within 12 hours, day or night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience working as a handyman, general maintenance tech, or tile/flooring installer. I took courses in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, and structural engineering in college. I have been involved in this industry since my first demo and tile job at 9 years old.
