What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Priceing may vary on a few different things like size of the project, type of project. Some i may charge by the hour. Depending on how far i have to travel there may be a trip charge to cover gas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ill usually get as much info about the customers project as possible and in some cases ill meet up with the customer so they can show me what they are wanting done. From there ill write up a quote and detail the work ill be doing and from there its up to the customer to hire me or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training and some college education if i dont know how to do something ill do all the research I have to to learn
