The technician arrived while I was on my home and asked my teenage daughter to pay the service visit without even looking at the appliance or diagnosing the problem first. Prioritized payment (cash) over service and left before I could speak with anyone or get my appliance repaired.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address the concerns you've raised, as they do not accurately reflect what took place during the service visit. First, our technician arrived at the confirmed appointment time and was informed that you were not home. In such cases, we encourage clients to contact us to reschedule if they are unable to be present. However, you chose to proceed by instructing your teenage daughter to handle the visit. At no time did you inform us that payment would be discussed with you later or deferred. The technician did perform a full diagnostic, explained the issue, and provided an official invoice for the service call. Payment was requested only after the work was completed and was made voluntarily by your daughter. Additionally, we followed up with a call to apologize for any confusion and offered to move forward with the repair if you wished to proceed — but you declined to make any decision at that time. We strive to be transparent and fair in every interaction. In this case, our technician followed protocol, delivered the agreed service, and communicated clearly throughout.
