We needed some help training our puppy Zoe. Jeanine provided so much useful Information that was helpful. We realized that Zoe didn’t need to be trained but we needed to do the right things so she could understand what we wanted her to do. I would highly recommend Jeanine to hell train your dogs. She knows what she is talking about.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I honor those who serve and protect our country. All military (active duty, reserve and retired), Police/Sheriff Deputies, Fire Department Personnel, and EMS workers will receive 20% off services booked (verification of affiliation required). All weekly repeat customers receive a 15% off discount on services booked. I offer a loyalty program for my regular customers and your $$ convert into points which are redeemed for deeper discounts on services booked. I donate 15% of my proceeds to my favorite dog charity The Warrior Dog Foundation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I will come out and meet with you and your pet 1:1 to ensure we are all on the same page, review care instructions and answer any additional questions you may have regarding our care for your pet. There is no additional fee for the meet and greet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working with dogs professionally for over five years now. I’m K9 CPR certified as well as Pet First Aid certified.
