for most handyman project on miscellaneous repairs I based my charges on hourly rates but for larger products I can write an estimate for your review
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to look at the work if possible with the customer to discuss options and to understand the owners needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service for home builders / remodeling companies, chiefly as the most senior repair technician. I do Electrical, Plumbing, carpentry, drywall , painting and stucco (repair).
