Need for Build had a friendly rep, good terms. Their quote was the middle of the pack, but my confidence in their services swayed the decisions. They are licensed and bonuses for our type of project and use similar material source .

We decided to do our front yard and court yard. So we reached out to several companies. From their response we chose Need For Build. Aviram called out and we went over what we wanted done. With everything i mentioned we wanted done. Aviram would always have a very prompt response with solid design ideas. Which was great. I had previous guys come out and they seemed to be going through the motions. So we decided to go with Need for Build and we were not disappointed. From day 1 until the finish, their team were always on top off it. If we needed to talk about something or change something (within reason) they were happy to listen and change what needed to be done. Their work has been excellent. Aviram was always quick to respond and had visited the site regularly. Their foreman was always checking on the work too and if we had questions or small issues, he would listen and deal with them. So much so we added some interior lighting to the project. Which were installed professionally and with great care. Everything they did was top notch and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them for future projects. I would highly recommend them. The finished article pictures are attached. The yard before the work was outdated and dying. We removed real grass for turf and they came up with a cool design. We extended the driveway too with pavers and were not disappointed with the result.

If you want a stress free + problem free remodel (small or big) you need to contact Need For Build ASAP and make sure you ask for Nadir Avivi as your project manager! We did our recent whole house renovation beginning of 2021 and everyone warned me how much work and stress it was going to be. Honestly overall, amongst all the nightmare stories I’ve heard from friends who has gone through major renovations, I think I was really blessed. Of course no renovation is perfect but it’s how you handle it when issues arise. Most importantly how your project manager handles it when problems arise. Nadir was always attentive and never hesitated to put more resources in order to complete a task - I’ve seen other contractors being cheap about resources and this means prolonged timelines. Nope not Nadir or Need for build. They are super efficient and good with time/planning. We started our remodel Feb 01 2021 and finished in roughly 2 months. I would even say it was 90% done in 1 month but the last month is minor touch ups. We did entire kitchen, 2 bathrooms, floors, etc you name it. Our house was about 1200 sq ft. Their pricing is reasonable/fair and aligns with other contractors around the San Diego area. Sometimes your cheapest quote does not mean stress free. I really wanted this to be stress free and good quality and that is what I got! Nadir and his team (his right hand man is Raniel - who I think is one of the best guys I ever worked with) are like family to us now. We have a huge list of projects we want to do with Need for build and Nadir in the next coming months/years. I know he will always take care of us. One tiny detail I want to include, I had asked Nadir to help quote a family members remodel. The house was 2 hours outside of San Diego. But Nadir didn’t even hesitate and brought his best point of contact in that area to quote with him. Now that is service and dedication! It didn’t end up working out (they decided to just sell the house instead) but we would have gone with Nadir and Need for Build for this whole house renovation as well. This is a long review and I still have so much more good things to say. But hands down go with them and request Nadir and you won’t be sorry!!

The crew completed the job quicker than was originally expected and we are very happy with the finished work. The pricing was also very fair and the project manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Definitely recommend them for their quality of work.
