Eric Havens and his team were excellent roofers to work with. They were very transparent with me about the charges, they were very diligent in the work, everything was accomplished properly. No complaints. I went to them after I was cold called by another roofer that was in my neighborhood and their tactics were to offer pricing that made it sound like a great discount and high pressure to make a contract and not check with other companies, don't fall for that. Called Erik around 8pm, he arrived at 9pm, then stopped my roof leaking immediately by plastic around 10pm. How wonderful he is! In the whole San Diego county, just a couple of roofers would like to do emergent work at night, he is one of the best! He is honest, knowledgeable and diligent. I will be no doubt to let him repair my roof further in the future.
