Eric Havens and his team were excellent roofers to work with. They were very transparent with me about the charges, they were very diligent in the work, everything was accomplished properly. No complaints. I went to them after I was cold called by another roofer that was in my neighborhood and their tactics were to offer pricing that made it sound like a great discount and high pressure to make a contract and not check with other companies, don't fall for that. Erik was prompt and professional. We called him in the middle of the pouring rain. He came out that day and was able to assess and provide an estimate for repairs. Our house is 15+ years old. Recently, we have noticed a small leaking spot on the sealing in the dining room and decided to look for help before it gets worse. Through Thumbtack we found Erik Havans. He inspected the whole roof, explained all the problems, gave us an estimate. Due to upcomming rain, fixed immediately the leaking spot. Couple days later he came back with his helper and finished the rest of the job, which was done professionally and fast. Eric was polite and friendly all the way.
