About six years ago our home developed a roof leak. We contracted with a different roofing company and they recommended replacing half our roof which cost $10,000. Unfortunately, during the next rain we discovered the leak was still there. The contractor brought silicon back on multiple occasions and could never stop the leak. After years of frustration, we contacted Advanced RoofLeak Solutions. Within hours of contacting the company, Erik arrived at the house and within 30 minutes and discovered the source of the leak. That evening I received a detailed estimate at great price. The next day repairs began. The crew was absolutely phenomenal! Professional, considerate of our home and kept the job site clean. Upon completion, the repairs and price matched the estimate. Within a week after repairs were completed we had several days of heavy rain. The leak was finally gone! Erik followed up on the repairs and verified we didn't have anymore leaks. Seems like contractors today forget about you after the job is completed. Erik was prompt and professional. We called him in the middle of the pouring rain. He came out that day and was able to assess and provide an estimate for repairs. He was the.able to get the problem fixed promptly which I imagine was a challenge with all the leaks discovered during these rains. Honest, professional and efficient. Excellent work!
