Responded saying he'd give a free estimate for the work. Came out to give the estimate on a Saturday. Told him that I got a cheaper quote from someone else and that I had to think about it. After that said it's only a little bit more so it's really not all that much. After checking back with the other person, scheduling didn't work so decided to go with Rich. He said he'd agree to do the work and he'd call me on Sunday to schedule a time. He didn't call me, and I called him and was told that he'd do it on Monday. He didn't come out on Monday. I let it pass as it was raining. Called Tuesday about rescheduling and then was told that he's decided not to do the job. Wasted my time, if he'd just said he wasn't going to take the job to start with, I could have been looking for someone else.
