Sid not only answered my email but came to my home last night and fixed three plumbing problems - even going to Home Depot to buy a needed part. I was well pleased with his work.

Sid did a FANTASTIC job removing our old sink and installing our new one and new faucet. What we assumed would be an easy couple-hour job turned out to be a nearly eight-hour job, and Sid stayed all day until it was perfect! Even ran out to Home Depot to grab some parts he needed, AND has offered to come back out to re-caulk around our sink to ensure no leakage. Wild definitely be working with Sid again!!

I had an emergency plumbing situation on a Friday. A broken/crumbling drain pipe from the tub/shower was causing water to flood the house.
I tried thumbtack - Sid gave me the lowest bid.
He came out late and worked until after midnight, and when he left, the whole drain from the tub to the main sewer line was replaced with brand new parts and was working fine.
This wasn't an easy job (he had to cut a small access hole through the laundry room wall), but Sid stayed with it until it was done, and he didn't try to ask for more money because it was a tough job. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
