Excellent work on my home's exterior paint job! Sac City Painting fixed dry rot issues professionally, suggested a great color that turned out perfect, and did everything at a very reasonable price. High-quality results, clean work site, and super reliable—highly recommend! It was great to work with Jacob and his partner.

Sac City Painting did a full interior repaint of our entire house, and the results were excellent. Flooring was being done at the same time, so prep was minimal, but execution and accuracy still mattered a lot. I was very picky with colors and finishes and ended up with 8 different colors, 3 different sheens, and 2 different paint lines. Everything was applied correctly. My kids were able to choose the colors for their bedrooms, and each room turned out amazing. Overall, the house has a very clean, modern look with intentional splashes of color that make it feel warm and inviting instead of bland. I worked directly with Jacob and communicated with him in person, through text, and over the phone. He was open, honest, and transparent throughout the process. He helped us get great paint pricing directly from the supplier, stayed flexible so we could move in before Christmas week, and even stayed late one night to finish all the doors. The entire process was very family friendly and accommodating. The crew was punctual and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I visited the house for a few hours each day they were on site, and it was great to see the steady progress firsthand. They were professional, respectful of the home, and detail oriented. We did have a few minor issues here and there, and Jacob owned all of them and fixed everything promptly with no questions asked. Lines are clean, coverage is consistent, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. I would confidently recommend Sac City Painting to other homeowners and would absolutely hire them again for exterior painting in the future :)

Jacob is amazing! He painted the interior, exterior and cabinets of our new house. He also did the demo, removal and installation of our new floor. He worked fast, was responsive, affordable and a super nice guy! We’ve got a lot left to do to finish updating the house, but we can afford to do it all now thanks to his great prices. We highly recommend Jacob and Sac City Painting!
