Sac City Painting just finished painting the exterior of my two-story house in Auburn. They pressure washed the exterior thoroughly, scraped and sanded, primed fully, caulked all cracks and gaps, masked non-painted surfaces, and painted the body and trim with Sherwin Williams superpaint. They applied two coats and three coast where needed. Additionally, they power washed the lower deck, which has non-paintable deck material. They also power washed, primed, and painted the upper deck with super deck material. Finally, they removed all masking materials and drop cloths, cleaned fully, and disposed properly of all painting materials and waste, leaving the property neat and tidy. The house looks wonderful. The house now looks beautiful. I received unsolicited compliments on the paint job from the neighbor and from others who saw the house before and after. Among the comments I received are “everything looks great,” “great job,” “awesome,” and “love the new paint.” Before I hired Sac City Painting, Jacob was professional and reliable in going to the property, being punctual, asking excellent questions, offering suggestions, and providing a professional estimate with a competitive price. I considered multiple painters and received multiple estimates. I hired Sac City Painting based on my experience with Jacob during the estimate process and also because of their excellent online ratings. Once I signed the approval for the paint project, Jacob scheduled the task at a mutually convenient date. He sent me reminders one week before and three days before the starting date. On the starting date, he arrived early and started the work. He kept me posted throughout the process. Jacob is reliable, knowledgeable, thorough, hard working, and pleasant. I am delighted.
