- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices depend on the size and complexity of the job. I always aim to offer fair and transparent pricing. The final cost may vary based on location, appliance condition, and any additional services requested. For handyman services, I have a minimum charge of $100, which covers up to 2 hours of work. Pricing for gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and roof moss removal is discussed separately based on the type of property and job scope. I also offer discounts for repeat customers and for bundled services booked at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for the job details — the type of service, location, and preferred time. The final price is always confirmed on-site with the technician after assessing the work. For handyman services, I charge an hourly rate, and materials are billed separately if I need to purchase them for the job. On the service day, I arrive on time, complete the job carefully and professionally, and review the results with the customer. Payment is made after the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of hands-on experience with a service company doing roof and gutter cleaning, as well as appliance installation. I also have construction experience, which helps me handle handyman tasks safely and efficiently. I’m always learning to stay up to date and provide reliable, high-quality service.
