- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We happily extend a 10% discount to military (active & retired), senior citizens, civil servants, teachers, and government employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our philosophy, as a Christian-based, Woman-Owned, small family business, is to provide you with all of the information you need to help you make the best decision. We believe in treating everyone in the same, helpful manner and then trust God to give us our next job. Having served the Sacramento area since 1964, we have proven this business model as successful through multiple generations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone here eats, sleeps, and breathes garage doors. We have over 100 cumulative years of experience - and love the fact that we still learn more every day!
