Please don’t book this jerk!! He’s an out right liar! He waisted my time and my tenant’s time coming out to do a site visit for a bathroom remodel and began to tell me what he’d charge even before completing the visit. He just seems very incompetent and even after I sent him pictures of the items I wanted in my bathroom, asked for a sketch of the job, well that didn’t happen but he promised to send me the estimate, I wanted several days then texted and called to remind him and he goes on a tangent talking about he wouldn’t be able to start the work for 5 months! For starters he wasn’t even hired as I reminded him. Told him I’d need to first review the proposal that he promised to provide. He said ok promised again to send it to me that evening. An hour later he calls me back, when I didn’t answer he texted me this;
