We hired Syan Builders for a full refresh of our rental property—interior painting, cabinet refinishing, new flooring, doors, various repairs, and exterior painting. I had an excellent experience booking them to paint my entire new 6000+ sq ft home, they had the job done quick, and worked with my schedule, they were extremely professional and accommodating, and the work quality is A1! I would highly highly recommend them to anyone really, they also painted and epoxyed my garage floor and painted the walls, when another contractor I had fixing my gate messed it up by spray painted the floor and walls black! Price was decent too! Love their work! And their suggestions, when I didn't know what to paint certain rooms they tried and input their ideas and suggestions and that was awfully kind of them.... they're a really great team, a father and son duo and a family business I'm happy to help support.... I would recommend them to all my friends and family, even after they were done, they did a once over and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and made sure everything was perfect.... super kind, respectful people, give them a chance and you'll be glad you did so..... will be hiring them again for more work in the future that's for sure!
