About
Hello, my name is Grair and I represent SYAN BUILDERS INC., a licensed B - General Building Contractor. With years of hands-on experience in general contracting and exterior painting, my team and I are committed to turning your ideas into reality—quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Before starting my own company, I worked for another construction firm for many years, building the skills and knowledge I bring to every project today. We’re a small team of four, which means you’ll get personal service, clear communication, and a contractor who truly cares about the final result.
If you’re ready to start your project, I’d be happy to discuss your vision and provide an estimate.

Quick, communicative, self-sufficient, and even figured out how to make use of extra paint to improve/extend the touch-up work. Thanks!

I am so appreciative of the job they did. Our house looks amazing. The handled some dry rot and took care of some stucco. The finished paint job is fantastic. They were curtious and quick and did a great job cleaning up. The price was great. If you need painters this is the company to hire.
Details: Home • One story • Entire building • 1,500 - 2,000 sq ft • Wood • Stucco • I’d like the professional to provide the paint • Water damage • Owner

Grair and Daniel went above and beyond. Their work was excellent. They were very professional and polite. The work was for painting of walls and doors of a 640 sq ft unit. They also filled holes from brackets and pictures and touched up the paint. Everything looked new! Highly recommend.

We just had our house painted and could not be happier with how it turned out. From start to finish, the crew was professional, showed up on time, and kept the job site clean throughout the process. The prep work was thorough, they didn't cut corners, and the finish is absolutely flawless. The color looks exactly like we envisioned and the quality of the work really speaks for itself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a painter who takes real pride in their work. We'll definitely be calling them again for future projects. Thank you!!
Details: Home • One story • Entire building • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Stucco • Trim pulling away from house • Peeling or flaking paint • Owner

Daniel and his father did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our house. His attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. He took the time to prepare everything properly, kept the work area clean, and delivered a beautiful finish that completely transformed our home's appearance. Daniel is reliable, honest, communicates well, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled painter or someone who can handle custom carpentry projects. We will definitely hire him again for future projects!
