Alex with Tool Box Masters was great! We had him re-configure our cabinets in our kitchen island to install a small refrigerator. Alex was quick to respond and detail oriented. He was very professional, quick to complete the job and clean up. We love his work and will racket for future projects!

We had such a wonderful experience with Tool Box Masters!!Aleksei and his team completed a BEAUTIFUL shiplap job for our home entry/hallway.We purchased a home that has wallpaper EVERYWHERE, and were looking for ways to cover it without removing and shiplap was the answer for this area of the home.Aleksei provided a very fair yet competitive quote and was able to put us in his schedule quickly.His team prepped our home so as to avoid any damage and minimize the mess.We LOVE the way the shiplap turned out. It has completely transformed our home! 10/10 stars Alex was bomb.com , he arrived on time , he answered any questions I had ,he offered his professional expertise and opinion as needed ,and this was overall a great experience. He is such a kind person that he noticed my degree was hanging off the wall because my double sided tape sucked , he went ahead and hung it up correctly for me , he was even kind enough to help me with a wall mirror, I am in the middle of revamping my apartment, I love to DIY even though the DIY can be a fail , I will definitely bug Alex for all the handy man stuff I can’t do . You won’t be disappointed booking his services , he mounted my 65” inch tv , he concealed the wires and placed everything back as needed , I couldn’t be more happier with the results. Thanks tool box masters !!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every remodel is different, so pricing depends on the amount of work, materials, finishes, and the overall scope of the project. We always try to find the best solution for the client’s budget while still delivering quality work that lasts.
Most of our projects are kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and full home renovations. Some clients want a simple update, while others want a full transformation with layout changes, custom finishes, lighting, flooring, and more.
We are not the cheapest company, but we focus on doing the work correctly, staying organized, and giving clients a smooth experience from start to finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it starts with a phone call or message where the client explains what they want to do. After that, we schedule a site visit to see the space in person, talk about ideas, budget, materials, and possible options for the project.
Once we understand the scope of work, we prepare a detailed estimate and explain the process step by step. If permits are needed, we help with that as well.
During the remodel we stay in communication with the client, provide updates, and make sure everything moves forward the right way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling. I’ve worked on projects in different countries including Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, which gave me experience with many different building styles and construction methods.
My background includes kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, drywall, painting, finish work, and full interior renovations. Most of my experience comes from real jobsite work and years of solving problems in the field.
