- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My main concern about businesses out there is there is barely any customer service any more. I always try and provide the best customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them with respect and as you would want to be treated. Customer are almost always right unless damage to furniture or injury to worker would happen with there recommendation. Customer service is #1 for my business. We're not happy unless customer is satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started moving part time untiI l got laid off about 8 yrs ago. I like it so much I started it full time.
