I'm in my early 50's, and have been working with Colton for about 6 weeks now, with a goal of weight loss, strength training, and general fitness, and I feel great. He's helped me with some posture and range-of-motion issues, after years of a sedentary lifestyle. Besides being very personable and outrageously fit, he is a teacher, and shows not only how to do the exercises and avoid injury, but explains the "why" behind the routines as well. And he makes the workouts interesting, throwing in some boxing and self-defense, along with the variety of routines designed to meet my fitness goals. Hes very conscientious and considerate of my time and abilities. I highly recommend Colton to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
