Summer 2025-I was offered a VIP service where a service technician (JT) performed an evaluation of my heating/ac system. JT was very thorough and patiently explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill. He was kind enough to tell/show me what I could do to maintain the health and longevity of my system. After watching and listening to him, I realized that there are aspects where a professional would be needed. Bud’s plumbing, heating and air will be who I call when their service expertise is needed. Update: 2/25/26 Bud’s Plumbing, Heating, and Air was offering a special on a heating tuneup. The deal was too good to pass up. Hector and John did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of my heating unit. They were very kind and professional service providers. It confirmed in my mind that Bud’s Plumbing, Heating and Air will be the business I call when I need those kinds of services.

Cody Perry from Bud's Plumbing, Heating and Air, here in Rancho Cordova, CA, came and fixed a tub/shower diverter issue. Quoted "$322.56." Accepted it on the spot. Other plumbing companies in the local Rancho Cordova area price gouge. One even quoted me $1,500 to fix a tub/shower diverter issue. I would give Cody Perry from Bud's Plumbing, Heating and Air, more than five stars if it were possible.
