Sac City Restoration went above and beyond, this was by far to date my absolute best carpet cleaning experience! The level of care, customer service, understanding, compassion and quality provided by Sac City Restoration was immeasurable! Being extremely OCD it is so important that I work with someone that understands the importance of making sure the job is carried out to my crazy expectations:-) Sac City worked with me to create a custom carpet cleaning experience to ease my cleanliness fears. Upon arrival the job was discussed in full detail; Shaun is beyond professional, presentable, knowledgeable and trustworthy, I knew immediately that I was in good hands and felt comfortable leaving him in my home. I was able to leave for a few hours take my mind off of the yucky carpets:-) and return to a beautiful, clean, fresh smelling home! I wish he could come every month :-) my friends and family cannot wait to use Sac City Restoration and I will never again take the time to search for a carpet cleaner, he has our business for life! Shower tile floors cleaning. At first we did not have the expected results due to the fact the floors need to be stripped, Shaun came back and retreat the floors and the results were very good, I really appreciated the effort Sac City Restoration did to meet our expectations, was not vendor fault the results were not that good at first, it just needed a different approach to address the build up on the floors....Excellent service!!, will re-hire them.

All I can say is, WOW !! It has been a long time since I truly felt like I got my monies worth. I guarantee you that any carpet or tile cleaning needs that I have in the future, these guys will be the first ones I call. What I really liked, was how they seemed like they were glad to be doing the work.. like they enjoyed it. Nice to see.

I attend all IICRC training classes that are offered at my local Pro Line shop here in Sacramento. On going education is crucial to stay ahead in this industry!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working nearly 20 years in retail management, and having a passion to clean, SCR was born! I love to see dirty hard surfaces become clean!
