FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a big fan of the $100.00 Service Call. Often times it can be very frustrating to find someone willing to travel out to a small job. Your professional licensed Plumber or Electrician is going to have to charge you accordingly just to walk in the door. I will come out to hang that ONE light fixture or change that ONE switch/ outlet or install that ONE faucet for you. Flat Fee is only $100.00 plus materials. I also enjoy my Military Discount at Lowe's or Home Depot which I pass along to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. Find out what their needs are and show them all the options available to get it done right and affordable the way they want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out before the age of 15 working under my father who was a real estate investor and his father who was the building inspector for the city of Somerville. I wen on to work for many Electrical, General, and Painting contractors. I was mentored and tutored by some of the best "Old Timers" in the industry. I completed various Electrical and Technical schools including Electrician's Mate schools in the US Navy. Every day is a growing and learning experience. Some people mistakenly believe the old expression, "Practice Makes Perfect" when the truth is you can practice doing it wrong a whole lot. I believe with the age of instant information now available in seconds at your fingertips there are more "educated consumers" who know most answers before they even ask the questions.
