They did a horrible job. I had 40 plus windows, I had asked for inside and outside cleaning, screens removed and the tracks cleaned. I had a lot of hard water spots. We just moved in. I should have known there was going to be a problem when I had to follow around each room and touch each of the windows to see if they had actually been cleaned. I don't know what kind of a system they have there but they were skipping a lot, and which I had to remind them to wash them. I had asked for EVERY window to be washed. They could not remove some of the screens which they let me know which is fine. but they did a lousy job on the windows. I thought it was maybe just the hard water. after they left I went back and really looked at things in detail, and thought I would use my Windex on a few of the windows that weren't looking good, and they came out near perfect. That's when I really started looking at things. I would say that maybe 7-8 looked like the tracks had been cleaned, and all they really did was push the dirt to the corners. I reached out to them and asked for an itemized breakdown of what they charged me for, and never heard back from them. 2 text messages and 1 voicemail. So disappointing.
