This company is amazing they were so helpful from the first call. I would not recommend any other place. I had a water heater installed and the work was great same with the price. Taylor came to install the water heater he did such an outstanding job. I like when I see someone take pride in there work. and just show such great integrity. Thank you.

I had a water pipe break under may slab in our house in Big Bear Lake, CA. The fix required a new main line to the house and a re-plumbing of the entire house. Option One Plumbing offered a competitive is on the work and their online reviews were good, so I went with them.They sent a crew of 8 and not only complete the job in one day but did a fantastic job of engineering, so that there are no new exposed piping in or around our house. Their crew was courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. This may have been our best contract service work I have ever experienced. Kevin the office manager and the two foremen (Logan and Manuel) on the crew were fantastic.

We had Tim as are service tech he is vsry knowledgeable. I would recommend him and the to my friends and anybody else. He was on time and was very neat. When he left u could not tell he was here. Great job and the price was very reasonable. I would give the company 10 stars if they had it.

Great experience from my first contact to the office to the plumber who came out to snake a clogged drain. Arrived within 2 hours of my call. Anthony was very knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. He answered and explained all my questions. Will definitely recommend and use them again for future issues. I've shopped around, they have best prices.
