- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately there is no standard pricing. Price of a project varies based on location and complexity of the project. A typically range can easily be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically there is a consultation to see what the clients want, then we proceed to come up with a project scope. Once a scope is developed, we propose a fee for the work. If client agrees with fee, then we proceed with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in Structural Engineering and Architecture. I approach the problem from both angles, which is design and Engineering. Both are very critical in navigating today challenging zoning and building codes.
