I needed to have my kitchen floor tile cleaned. As it turns out it was in such bad shape it actually needed to be restored! Nico responded to me personally and quickly, he gave me a very fair quote and was willing to come at the time I needed the work done. He showed up a little early which was great for me. I felt completely comfortable and at ease having him in my home. He explained everything he was doing in detail, and took as much time as needed to get my floor looking like new. (It was in very bad shape so it took some time). My floor now looks amazing!!!! I will never call anyone else from this point on for cleaning my ++tile floors or carpets, I recomend Nicos Carpet and restoration to anyone who needs a job done right by a friendly and very caring company.

2am coming home in rainstorm, opened front door and found my apt filled with mud and water. Who ya gonna call? Thought about ghost busters (it was 2am after all) but I called Nico! Handled clean up and replaced carpet that needed it!! He also did 2 other apts in building. Great job, Great guy!!

I contacted Nico for water damage in my home. Nico came right away to evaluate the situation and immediately explained the protocal to repair water damage. Im so happy with his company he did an exceptional job, he goes over and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He's a pleasant personality.

I called Nico to clean the carpet in my livingroom, diningroom, and hall areas as well as my bedroom in a small house I rent in San Gabriel. He arrived earlier than expected and the job was done with the carpets partially dry in some areas by the time I arrived to the house an hour later It was a very hot day . Temperatures were in the 90's and my husband had the overhead fans blowing. A few hours later, the carpets were completely dry. What impressed me about the service was that Nico was helpful in answering questions I had about possible mold and even stuck his head under the house to check it out. He checked out my vacuum and gave me pointers on buying a good vacuum for the future. Nico was very helpful and the job was done and the carpets dried in record time! I really liked going through thumbtack. It made the process so much easier and everything was professional.

Nico is great! I have been using him and his crew for almost 7 years. Always on time and thorough...his new cleaning head made the carpet dry super fast. Will continue to use him as his pricing has always stayed the same due to my repeat business & referrals....
