Introduction: We are a smaller boot camp in the area, which is good for you !! That means more attention is paid to you. We watch form, and also modify for your fitness level. I also make sure Everyday is completely different. So you have muscle confusion and never get bored. We Do Not do Station format Everyday !! I Love what I do !!! I want to help people do what I personally have done, and thats get Healthy and Fit !!! You will never be Alone !!!

I am a current EBC Camper that falls into the obese category. I am just keeping it real. Many believe that they are not capable of doing a boot camp style workout. I am here to tell you that with EBC it’s possible and results will come with consistency and persistence. My EBC journey began at the end of July 2014. At the start of camp, I weighed in at 283lbs. I was insulin resistant and pre-diabetic. I had high blood pressure and I was physically miserable from being so out of shape. I am pleased to tell you that through amazing coaching and guidance from Monique and Sean Patton, and other supportive campers, I have transformed my body, my lifestyle and my overall wellbeing. I have lost 60lbs. of fat; my diet is clean and all my pressures/numbers fall within the normal range. My EBC journey continues! I look forward to our sessions and being challenged as well as my continued transformation.

Upon first attending boot camp, it was merely out of curiosity. And within no time, it grew to become a huge part of my life. I had always taken advantage of various "deals" at the gym, but never had I received the type of results that I did when attending Extreme Boot Camp. I am currently on my third session, and I've already noticed a huge change in my health and overall level of confidence. Monique and Sean are the perfect balance when it comes to motivating and inspiring others to work at their best- always putting forth their motto of, "Do what you can, for you!" The environment of boot camp is incredibly unique, with no feeling of competitiveness, but rather a desire to push oneself and genuinely encourage others on their journey. One can tell the amount of time and effort Monique puts into her workouts: she's always punctual, makes herself available at all times (ready to answer any question or concern) and actively seeks to find new and creative workouts. What's more,it is evident that Monique has a vested interest in everyone who attends boot camp, stopping at nothing to offer her very best in coaching them every step of the way. Thanks to Extreme Boot Camp, I am healthier, stronger and wiser when it comes to my own personal health. Thank you Monique and Sean!

Where do I start... I've been a Happy EBC Camper for almost 3 years now and I can honestly say that it never gets old or boring! We are so lucky to have the time and attention of Monique as our personal trainer for an hour every day! That would be so expensive at the gym! Monique is so awesome at what she does... She mixes up cardio and strength routines, uses different techniques to challenge our bodies, all the while keeping it fresh and extremely effective! It's amazing what she can pack into an hour!! She pushes me to levels I would never have pushed myself (and I was always a gym rat before EBC). Some days I go for the workout, some days I go for the attitude adjustment... But I'll tell you what - I'm never disappointed I showed up!! She expects each person to give their personal best...it's cool to watch people each session shed inches, drop pounds, shave time off their mile, etc and what they don't realize is that they have probably just added years to their lives! How do you put a price tag on that?

Monique and Sean have helped me improve my upper body strength. I have limited range of motion in my left elbow. Which makes it difficult for me to improve my arm strength and I became concerned because my left arm was starting to look different from my right arm. I had gone to other personal trainers and they all said they could not help me or that I should go see a doctor and have my arm broken. With Monique's and Sean's help and exercise modifications I had started with two pound weights and a three step step ladder. I am now with eight pound weights and a yoga block for leverage. I attribute all my strength to them. All the strength building only took two years and I am looking forward to getting stronger.
