Great job on my shelves installation. They were heavy and my wall wasn’t the best to work with, but he knew exactly what to do to make sure it was installed properly. He also installed my Ring doorbell quickly and even waited as I worked through some technical issues with my app to confirm it worked properly. He was kind and professional. Just when I was starting to think it would be impossible to find a handyman that is both honest and competent, Vincent White came along and restored my faith. I hired Vincent to replace several windows on the front of my house. The first thing I noticed was that Vincent asked a lot of good questions before beginning the work so that he could arrive at an accurate assessment of the problem. I also noticed that he gave a me a lot of information regarding the right way to fix the problem, but also gave alternate solutions that were cheaper so that I would have options. Based on the questions he was asking and the information he gave me, it was absolutely clear to me that he was an expert in his field. And not only that, I could tell as I worked with him that he truly cares about doing things the right way. He is a true craftsman and despite the complexities involved in the project, with special wood trim and stucco considerations, when he was done the windows looked gorgeous, just as if they had always been there. Since the work was for the front of my house, it was very important to me that the home's curb appeal would not be degraded and Vincent definitely delivered! I would highly recommend Vincent for any work that you need and especially if you have a big scary project like replacing windows on the front of your home.

Vincent did a good job explaining and then taking the time to buy the materials and then set up my new door. The job was a little bit more than I expected as Vincent had to get new crown molding and even cut some of my floor to be able to push the bottom metal door divider in so the door can close evenly. I have to dock him one star lower because there was a lack of professionalism on Vincent part though in explaining costs for the total job to the customer. In addition to the door, Vincent was going to help install two toilets and fix a clog for one of them but unfortunately we could not agree on the costs as the prices continued to change. Hopefully, next time Vincent can do a better explaining the total costs for the job and be more patient with the customer.
