James was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and communicated back and forth via pictures and text messaging to get the job done the way that I want it he was very trustworthy and his responses and willing to accommodate me the job was to build two mobile home outside stairs replace a ceiling fan and two ceiling light fixtures when he completed all of this work in one day we asked him if he could check the closet doors in the front bedroom which he was not scheduled to be paid for he went above and beyond and essentially fix the problem of them continually coming off of the track mind you my previous handyman that is the handyman for our mobile home park has put them back on the track a number of times and almost immediately after they come off the tracks and we are left with the same problem James fix this problem one and done and didn't charge any extra and yes I am scheduling more jobs for James to complete on my mobile home in the future! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN🤗👍🏻👏🏼

Showed up sam day to complete the work and fast response. Was able to get the work done within a couple of hours took care not to damage the windows when he had to out a ladder to get to the second floor windows. Sealed up all the holes after removing the old awning.
