Gio resolved a major leak that 3 others before could not do!! He’s fast, punctual, reliable and communication was not an issue. He fixed: an electical issue, rebuilt 2 ceilings, plumbing, replaced a glass window, etc and was inventive with a latch fixture on my AC filter cover. He spent a week on property and it was well worth it.

From initial interaction to project completion Gio was great. Very detailed, informative, and efficient with the work. Was able to quickly fix cracked floorboards with new planks. Then able to fix a cabinet hinge that has always given us problems. Would 100% use again for any necessary fixes

I Needed a finish carpenter job started/completed. He said I needed to confirm the job for him by a specific time and I confirmed the job per his responsive, professional and respectful request. The job ended up taking 2 days; he installed the baseboards, the Shiplap, the window casings - in the exact modern farmhouse style that I wanted. Hands down FANTASTIC work. He was extremely professional, detail oriented and I have hired him on 2 more projects.

My experience with handyman services was great. The bathroom that they remodeled came out excellent. They converted an old cast iron bathtub into a stand up shower and a single vanity into a double vanity. Redid the dry wall and tiled the floors. They went above and beyond what i expected. I will definitely use them again.

Our Company Pricing is based off of Project size, Difficulty and Location. We Currently have an hourly rate and fixed rates available. For Property management Companies, we do offer Monthly Contract pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process Would be Gathering as much information regarding project (incl. Clients Wants, Budget, Deadlines, Pictures, Design etc.) followed up by drafting up a contractual agreement for the scope of work. finished by deciding what the best start date.

Career highlights would be building the Los Angeles RAMS Football "SoFi Stadium" and helping build the world's Biggest Super Structure "ConRac" in LAX Airport. with over 40 years of combined experience and 25+ Verifiable Construction Related Certifications.
