Owner contacted me and says that there is no crystal or anyone at her company with that name. Also stated she agrees that name is unprofessional. She seems like she is really trying hard to run her business well. I will try an upcoming cleaning with her and update after. This company is a joke. They respond with a “comma symbol” and then they call at a later time. Never responding on here. Even though I have tried. They don’t know the name of the company they are responding to…makes no sense to me unless they have multiple business names to try to cut out all the bad reviews. Which is also a common thing on here. Notice all the changes reviews?? If they try to reply to this review and say they never worked with me, it’s true I never paid them or had them come out to clean my home. The lady I spoke to over the phone was rude and I just wanted one question answered before going into all the other details. They gave me some outrageous price over text messaging after the phone call. The person who was texting me has the email “crystalnshit@gmail.com” very unprofessional. Im sure she will change that soon.
