that the price may vary either way depending if they throw a bunch of extras when I get there or if it doesn't take me as long as I thought it would I could charge less

I would like to talk with the potential client over the phone and depending on when and where the job is maybe I could do a walk through first or maybe a video walk through just to get an idea so I can give them an accurate price
