Emily has been so helpful, supportive, and incredibly kind in my experience practicing somatic hypnotherapy with her. She has taught me numerous different techniques for regulating emotions, shifting mindset, building habits, self-hypnotherapy, and is extremely knowledgeable about the subconscious and pertinent aspects of neurology and psychology.It didnt take long to be able to tell what a caring and genuine person she is, and working with her feels relaxing, empowering, and meaningful for my self-growth journey.I would 100% recommend trying somatic hypnotherapy with Emily to anybody interested in taking control of their life - you dont have to be traumatized or broken (though she can help with that too), it can be as simple as wanting to improve your self or any aspect of your life.

Working with Emily has changed my life! I’ve tried just about every kind of therapy out there and am BLOWN AWAY at the way my mentality and outlook has shifted after decades of struggling with low self-worth, confidence, depression, and anxiety. I didn’t expect to feel any different until the first 3 or so sessions but the results were immediate! I was finally able to quiet my mind and not be in a constant state of fight or flight. I cannot recommend Emily enough! She gets to the root of the issue in your subconscious and tackles it in such a loving and compassionate way. It seems simple, but the ripple effect after these deep moments of healing are life-changing.
