I appreciated that Johnny was quick to contact me through Thumbtack, and I liked that he was either right on time or let me know when he would arrive. I also liked his personality. He’s friendly and hard-working. But because I’m the opposite of a horticulturist, what I most appreciated is that he had good ideas about how to make my yard look beautiful—roses and rocks.
