Introduction

I am a veteran and served in the Navy. I have been woodworking for about 15 years now and welding for about five years. I’ve built a variety of things from furniture pieces out of wood and metal, to gates and fences, to complex structural pieces. I do not cut corners when building something. I am an LA Certified welder. I always respond to emails and calls as soon as possible within 1 day. I can work on site and also if needed from my shop and return on site

I giving him a 5 start rating for customer service. We hired him to weld an outdoor standing heater that a guest at our house broke. We found out quickly that not many welders know how to work on stainless steel. After talking to a few, we got the best price from Ramm welding. He completed the welding job quickly and did that well, but he made a mistake and accidentally melted a rubber hose. He went to a few stores that same day to get parts and tried to fix it, but he couldn’t find the right part. He came back to our house twice with different parts and in the second time fixed it. I very much appreciated his professionalism and communication during the time. So even though he caused an inconvenience during the process, I would still recommend Ramm Welding.

It’s was a pleasure working with Jon. Our gate needed some welding work. Jon was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and came prepared to work and completed the job in good timing plus the quality of his work is thorough. I appreciated his patience in taking the time and explaining things to me rather than assuming I’d already know. I paid what he quoted which was a reasonable price. We will be hiring Jon again for future projects.

Overall the wrought iron does exactly what it was intended to do. Looks very nice. Job completed in 2 weeks time (his workshop is closer to the L.A. region and I am close to the border).
