My pricing is customized based on the scope, size, and level of service required for each event. I offer full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination packages. All pricing includes a flat-rate planning fee with no hidden costs. I also offer discounts for weekday events and multi-day bookings. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation—either by phone or Zoom—where I learn about your vision, goals, and budget. From there, I build a customized proposal and timeline. Once we’re aligned, we begin the planning process, which includes vendor coordination, design recommendations, and consistent updates leading up to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 26 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality and event industry, including catering, venue management, and large-scale event production. I stay current with industry trends through professional associations and continuing education in project management and event design.
