Based on their online reviews I took a chance on All City Plumbing today. First when they booked my appointment I received a text and an email. Then when they send the guy I received a biography about him. I was really nervous at first having a plumber come out because I hear all of the war stories but when I got the bio I felt at ease. When he arrived he helped me bring in my trash cans. Wow I didn’t know service like this was still out there. Taking care of the plumbing issue was quick and affordable, not cheap but way worth the money. Thanks again All City we will definitely be calling you next time.

My kitchen sink was continuously backing up. I had a matience guy comeover twice and was unable to completely stop the backing up. Thankfully I finally called All City Plumbing day and finally the sink is not backing up. I was very impressed with service and promptness. Anthony definitely takes pride in quality of work he performs. His quality of work and amazing customer service makes him worth every penny. I definitely will be calling him back to have more service done.

Anthony was amazing and on time explained the job from start to finish before he began so I knew what to expect which saved me a lot of anticipating and worrying. The last company I tried for a big plumbing job had to leave twice to get parts which ended up waisting about 3 hours of my day and they promised it would only be a four hour job that ended up taking 10 hours. Anthony y promised 6 hours and was done in 5. I received other bids for this job in the past and made my decision off of the confidence and knowledge portrayed by Anthony I could tell that he knew what he was doing. All City Plumbing wasn’t the cheapest but when dealing with something like plumbing inside of my home why would I ever want the use the cheapest company that means cheapest parts cheapest service and cheapest work ethic I’ve made that mistake in the past and won’t let it happen again. With that being said I felt like the final price was fair and because it was a big job that I had to save up for it I was happy that All City Offered me a long warranty which was 10 years on labor it cost me a little extra but was worth it knowing I’d have the next ten years that I wouldn’t have to worry about my water heater and 25 year warranty from Noritz who offers warranty’s like this these days? I was beyond satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this company to all of my friends, family, and neighbors. The guys did a great job on my tankless and I believe they are as good as it gets.
