- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case is different and is treated as such, the fees and costs depends on the complexity and the type case it is and the man hours that it will take to help the client become whole again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is that I provide a free consultation to get a better understanding of what the need is. Once, I get the opportunity to discuss it with the client, I provide a plan a quote and a plan prior to moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had extensive training in Investigations and locating individuals that do not want to be found.
