- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Standard pricing is $749 to lease any single family, townhouse or condo. It is normally slightly lower for multi unit buildings. If we manage multiple properties we do give a 1% discount on the management fees which range from 6-7% per month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have only 50 years of real estate and property management experience on staff. We have been in business for over 10 years in the Inland Empire and manage about 150 properties throughout 3 counties (San Bernardino, Riverside and LA Counties.)
