- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly in this economy, majority of my clients are homeowners looking to do a standard sale. Still there are many looking to short sale. Because of the few homes available to purchase on the market, it has raised home values and made it more difficult for buyers to find homes without the right help or expert behind them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience is most important. Not only is it important because you want a realtor that can do everything needed to bring buyers to your home for sale, but especially if you are looking to short sale your home and are facing foreclosure. You have to be able to trust your Realtor and not just hire anybody to do the job.
