- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make the pricing based on the customer's budget. I am good at what I do but unlike others I do not charge a premium price for my services. I want to work within a budget the owner can allocate to marketing. It is not always about the money but the relationship. Your treat people well and the business and money will come. I am not out for the home run ball all the time, I am ok showing my value to customers with base hits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to connect with them to review their goals on how they wish to improve their online and offline presence on any and all media platforms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education comes from reading online changes and trial & error with my own marketing efforts on what works and what does not.
